‘Cardinal Snow’ Watercolor Painting
I am from the Midwest, but I spent half of my adult life in North Carolina. That is where I met my husband and both sides of our family still live there. There is always a piece of my heart in North Carolina and the cardinal, being the state bird, is a remembrance of that for me. I wanted to tap into that quiet peaceful feeling I have when I go back to North Carolina.
