About Me

I have been drawn to the world of art since childhood. At Auburn University, I earned a degree in illustration and then worked for 20 years in North Carolina as a commercial artist and art instructor. My husband and I moved West to Arizona in 2006, and we and our two dogs have happily settled in the Prescott Valley area.

My art is the expression of my life journey. My paintings convey my gratitude for life and the beauty I experience in and all around me. Joy, love, peace, family, and friendship are all mosaics of this beauty. Each of my paintings is an experience in seeing, expressing, living, and learning.

The pieces in this collection are examples of my recent original artwork and are available for purchase.  My art has been on exhibit at Arts Prescott Gallery (134 S Montezuma St, Prescott, AZ) and at the Phippen Museum, (4701 AZ-89, Prescott, AZ).

Thank you for this opportunity to share my art with you. Some of my art can also be viewed at the Arts Prescott Gallery located at 134 S Montezuma St, Prescott, AZ. My work has shown in solo, group exhibits and private collections.

I’m very thankful for sharing my love of painting with my wonderful and supportive husband, and our two beautiful dogs. When I don’t paint, I love to spend time in nature camping, hiking, meditating, where I dwell in the infinite beauty that surrounds us.
